9 Project Vision: community/Senior Center The Community Center and Senior Center is a combination event and senior center. It would be located in what was the Old Citizen Bank located at the southwest corner of Seventh and Main streets. The structure will be rehabilitated to house a 260 to 300 seat banquet/community room, lobby, catering kitchen, restrooms and storage. The second level would be a Senior Center with activity areas, computer room, classroom and dining area with kitchen, new stairs and an elevator.
