Imaging being retired and feeling a lot of financial pressure every day and espe- cially at the end of every month when the bills are due. My Clients are grateful that they do have a home here in Santa Cruz and usually it is the one thing of value that is their only major financial asset. Importantly it is "their financial asset", "their own nest egg" and it's time to use it or part of it to eliminate their financial stress. Now they can feel proud that they do have a solution which they have created and can independently help themselves. For many of us planning for retirement oen has been put off until it's too late. In today's world economists say that because of longevity, young workers must set aside one third of their monthly income for life in order to retire securely. When we were young it was only 10% and we didn't expect to live until 90 or 100! Now it's estimated that if you are in good health at 75 your chances of living to 100 are very, very good.
