Mr. Ferriera served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. For his ser- vice he received the Victory Medal, the American Theatre Medal, a Three Star Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Medal, and the Philippines Liberation Medal. He was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Ferreira and Delphina Lemos Ferreira; a brother and three sisters.
