April 27th FCA Hall Of Fame Banquet The 2015 Hall of Fame inductees will be inducted on Monday, April 27th at Shelby City Park Gym. Guest Speaker for this year's event will be Car- roll McCray , Head Football Coach at Gardner Webb University. Admis- sion is $10.00 per person. May 1st thru June 5th 2015 Summer Day Camp Registration The Summer Day Camp will begin on Wednesday, June 10th and run for 10 weeks ending on Friday, August 14th. Camp ages are 5 – 12 Years, as of the 1st Day of Camp they are attending. Don't let your child miss out on a great summer adventure. Field trip every Friday and swimming Monday thru Thursdays. June 12th thru 14th Sharks Aquatics Club Swim Meet Over 400 swimmers from across the southeast will compete at the Shelby City Park with swimmers in the water beginning on Friday the 7th at 6:00PM. The event is free to the public and continues thru Sunday the 9th. July 4th "Shelby City Park's Annual July 4th Celebration" Horseshoe Tournament, Corn Hole Tournament and Infl atable Carnival in the air conditioned City Park Gym highlight the day. A $3 armband covers the Carnival in the Gym plus free Carrousel and Train rides. At the City Park Aquatics Center admission is $1 to swim. More information coming at a later date. July 10th thru 12th SAC Invitational Swim Meet Over 500 swimmers converge at the Shelby Aquatics Center for a 3 day event. The event is free to the public with swimmers in the water Friday at 6:00PM. July 16th – 19th Tar Heel Leagues, Inc. Little, Junior & Senior State Tournament 24 teams from across North Carolina will be in Shelby seeking State Championships in 3 age divisions.
