This seminar will be conducted by a Pharmacist and will include discussion on prescription medications, drug interactions, and more. Refreshments will be provided. Walgreens Pharmacy Wellness Better Choices, Better Steps To Health Health & Wellness Class The Council on Aging/Neal Senior Center through a part- nership with the Cleveland County Cooperation Extension will host the Better Choices, Better Steps To Health program again this year beginning in April. The class will focus on eating healthier, exercise, how to correctly read food labels, food por- tions, food preparation and there will be discussion on diabetic health issues and concerns. Registration is required to attend this class. Registration was held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Council on Aging/Neal Senior Center located at 100 T.R. Harris Drive in Shelby. The class will be offered for ten weeks and is limited to a total of 25 participants on a first come, first served basis. Classes will be offered on Wednesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. The class date schedule is as follows: April 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20, 27 and June 3 and 10.
