Mr. Anderson was pre- ceded in death by his 1st wife, Pamela Jean Lockridge Anderson; his second wife, Sheila Dianne Estes Anderson; and his parents, Frank and Margaret Harrill Anderson. Services were held at Lafayette Street United Methodist Church. Burial followed in Sunset Cemetery. Mr. Kiser served our coun- try in the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Verie Smith Kiser; 1 daughter, Deborah Dawne Kiser; 2 brothers, Ben G. Kiser and Gene Kiser; and 1 sister, Christine Kiser Jones. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Frances Allen Kiser of the home; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and neph- ews. He was awarded the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal with two Bronze Stars; One Overseas Service Bar; A Good Conduct Medal; the AR 600-68 44 Medal and the 78HQ 8th AF 44 Distinguished Medal.
