Born in Cleveland County, NC on August 1, 1954, he was the son of the late Robert Paul Francis and Mattie Marilyn Lail Pitchford. He is survived by his wife, Jane Ward Francis; son, Chris Francis and wife, Kim of Grover; daughter, Michelle Francis of Grover; four grandchildren; brother, Kenny Francis of Cleveland County and sister, Debra Mellon of Lattimore. She was born on December 21, 1966 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Bobby Byrd, Sr. and the late Zora Dillingham Byrd Powell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Deborah Ann Byrd and Eureka Banks and a brother, Bobby Byrd, Jr. Zondra is survived by her daughter, Kenyottia Byrd of Shelby; two sisters, Betty Dillingham of Lawndale, NC and Tosha Jackson (Thomas) of Gastonia, NC; and three grandchildren, Funeral services were held December 2, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Lawndale. ORLANDO ANTWAN WHISNANT Mr. Orlando "Lando" Antwan Whisnant, 38, passed away on November 26, 2023. He was born on January 11, 1985 in Cleveland County, NC to Bonita Whisnant and the late Joe Camp, Sr. In addition to his father, Joe Camp, Sr, he was pre- ceded in death by his broth- er, Monterio Wilson. Orlando is survived by his mother, Bonita Whisnant and stepfather, James Archie; two daughters, Keyona and Lay'ona Whisnant; son, Taveon Whisnant; two brothers, Joe Camp Jr., and August Archie; three sisters, Shanika Whisnant, Jasmine Camp, and Sharee Camp; and a special grandmother. She was born on September 9, 1995, to Tonya Kay Littlejohn (Samuel) and Demorris Allen (Ykeisha Surratt). Kaysha is preceded in death by her maternal grand- parents; and paternal grand- parents. In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her brothers, Antonio Montgomery, Demario Allen, Demorris Allen, Deron Allen, Dontavis Thomas, Charles Borders and Taquonyea Littlejohn; and sisters, Kayse Finney and Taquana Littlejohn.
