School facilities, specifically students' restrooms are not maintained sanitary, due to lack of custodial staff, and instead, funding is being invested in administrative personnel. 2. Failure to follow the districts own board policies and are in violation of students' appropriate education delivery system and parents' rights. 3. As a board member you are easily manipulated by the superintendent's unethical and poor leadership style, and are releasing dedicated, experienced, and credentialed employees that have been dedicated to students, and the community of Lamont. 4. As a board member, you have failed to address the unproductive educational program for Special Education Students', specifically in the area of Speech; the district has not hired the required Speech Pathologist, to address students' one on one instruction, and instead, students are receiving instruction via zoom.
