Josh was born on February 11, 1994 in Cleveland County, NC, son of Wayne Anthony and Amy James Anthony. Josh was preceded in death by an infant brother, Tyler Wayne Anthony. Survivors include his parents Wayne and Amy Anthony; two sisters, Jenna Anthony and Brooke Hawkins both of Cherryville; and maternal grandmother.
