Combine bread- crumbs, cheese, butter and paprika. Sprinkle over squash mixture. Bake at 399 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-20. Cn bd prepared ahead of time and freezes well. BARBECUE CHICKEN Frances Lutz 6-8 servings Cooking time 1 hour 1 chicken or 6-8 deboned chicken breast ¼ tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 small onions, chopped ½ cup ketchup ½ cup vinegar 1/8 cup oil ½ tsp. hot sauce 4 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 large bottle BBQ sauce Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken and sauce in baking bag. Cook 1 hour. Serve over rice. May be pre- pared to cook and placed in refrigerator until ready to cook.
