A hectic holiday season can (and often does) take its toll on our mental, physical, and even spiritual health. And it's easy to do. But, there are ways to learn how to manage the stress everyone encounters at the holidays! The Neal Senior Center will be having a seminar on "Coping with Stress and Staying Active" which addresses many of the ways that holiday stress can be controlled. Lauren Ridgeway, with the Hunt School of Nursing at Gardner-Webb University, will present.
