(Will) Mabry, Jr. as the organization's new Executive Director effective January 4, 2022. "We are extremely pleased that Will has taken on this role in leading our organization," said John Bridges, Chairman of the Board. "He understands the mission and challenges of our organization through his many years of service on the CVII Board. Will's extensive experience in management, community relationship-building, and fundraising, coupled with his drive and passion for serving this community, enables him to effectively lead our organization going forward." Will's commitment to CVII began as a Board member in 2011. He was then elected as the Board Chair in 2014, remaining in that position until resigning in June 2021 to accept an offer to be CVII's Community Relations Coordinator. In October the Board chose Will to succeed Kent Farmer as Executive Director, who held the position for six years and announced his retirement effective February 23, 2022. For more than 30 years, CVII has been a community- based 501(c)(3) organization serving adults primarily living in Cleveland County with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide job opportunities and training for adults with barriers to employment focusing on the abilities, not disabilities, of our training associates.
