It survived several big hits before final- ly breaking up, sending kids scrambling for its candy. The Jurassic family of Samantha, Tyler and Kade Coomer won Best Overall. Kirby (Williams) Webster as the Tin Man and her daughter, Kallie, as the Cowardly Lion. Angie Yates (Marge Simpson) had some serous big blue hair. Above: Teresa Goodpaster passes out candy to all those dressed in costumes. They had 106 people entered in the costume contest, which is the most ever.
