Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at the project site on November 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time (EST). Bidders are encouraged to attend. N. Bid Security – A Bid Bond or other form of bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid IS REQUIRED. O. Provide Indiana State Form 96 and Financial Statement with Bid Proposal. P. It may conduct such investigations as it deems necessary to establish the responsibility, qualifications and final ability of the bidders, proposed Subcontractors and other persons and organizations to do the work in accordance with the Contract Documents to Owner's satisfaction within the prescribed time. Each bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and become fully acquainted with conditions as they exist so the Bidder may fully understand the facilities, difficulties, and restrictions related to the execution of the work under contract. Failure or omission of any Bidder to receive or examine any form, instrument or document or to visit the site and to become acquainted with existing conditions shall in no way relieve the Bidder from any obligation with respect to the Bidder's Bid Proposal.
