Mrs. Baynard was pre- ceded in death by her par- ents, Henry Biddy and Ruby Beachboard Biddy; her first husband, Earl B. Newton and her second husband, Rev. Harold Baynard; one son, Timothy R. Newton, one daughter, Deborah Church; and a brother, Jerry Biddy. She is survived by two sons, Steven E. Newton and wife, Helen of Flat Rock and Dennis L. Newton of Ellenboro; two brothers, Joe Biddy of Ellenboro and Donnie Biddy of Charlotte; seven grandchildren, sev- enteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grand- children; one step-daughter Beverly Pruett; two step grandchildren and eight step great grandchildren. Mrs. Seagle was the wife of Harold Gene Seagle Sr. and the daughter of the late Macy Martin Revis. In addition to her hus- band, Mrs. Seagle is sur- vived by six sons, Harold Seagle Jr., Benny Spencer, Tim Spencer, Walter Seagle, Donald Seagle, and Ethan Seagle; two daughters, Kathy Land and Tammy Blackwell; and seventeen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
