The Sadie Hawkins Dance is April 2nd from
9-11pm in the RBHS gym the dance will be a
"Black light" theme so wear neon and light
up the night and don't forget the RBHS tradi-
tion of matching T-shirts.
Dance Information
It's become increasingly popular to make a
big deal out of a traditional dance proposals
and the couples on our campus who had great
proposal decided to share it. This year the
student government class even help a contest
for the best proposal and the winner won a
free dinner for Sadies.
Powder Puff Football, although a fun and
celebratory event, means a lot more than
just playing a sport with friends. For a long
time, women were not allowed to partici-
pate in organized sports and now not only
can girls at this High School Participate in
Powder Puff football, females are welcome
to tryout for the actual Jv or Varsity teams.
So when you are enjoying all the festivities
that surround Powder Puff Football, remem-
ber all of the work it took to reach gender
equality.
