The office at River Park on Main Street in Red Bluff serves as a visitors center with information about area attractions and relocation for those considering moving to town. Almost every city, town and village has a Chamber of Commerce — a voluntary organiza- tion of the business community which unites business and profes- sional individuals and firms, thus creating a central agency that lends itself to improving business and building a better community. Red Bluff is no exception. The Chamber is the best promoter of busi- ness and events in the area. For example, the Chamber, in terms of community improve- ment, sponsors a “Spirit of Red Bluff” Beautification Awards program honoring local businesses for aesthetic improvements.
