This Week in History Maxey-Wood Mr. and Mrs. Ron Wood, of Petersburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Marie, to Nicholas Joseph Quinn Maxey, son of Sherri Wesley, of Augusta, and Mr. and Mrs. Jason Richards, of Vevay, Ind. The bride-elect is employed as a registered nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital Russell-Stainbrook in Vincennes. The future bridegroom is employed as an Operating Engineer. He is also a member of the Indiana National Guard. The couple will be married October 26 at Mt. Pisgah G.B. Church in Augusta. Formal invitations will be sent. Stacy Stainbrook and Curt Russell announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Lyndell Stainbrook, of Washington. The future bridegroom is the son of Mark and Patricia Russell, of Otwell. The couple currently resides in Petersburg. The wedding is planned for October 5, 2013, at the Jasper Riverwalk at 1 p.m., with the reception following at The Polo Room. Formal invitations have been sent, but all family is invited to attend.
