JAMES EDWARD BLANTON James Edward Blanton, 72, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on October 29, 2022. James was born on August 4, 1950 in Montgomery Co. NC to the late Buron Blanton and Sarah Dover Blanton. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert "Rabbit" Blanton and sister, Diane Hayes. Mr. Blanton served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
