And of course, we overindulge and it takes plenty of time to get ourselves back in shape in the new year. Learn how to keep your eating and cooking habits in the healthy range before it becomes a problem! Join the Neal Senior Center for a seminar in "Healthy Cooking and Eating" Taught by Lauren Ridgeway (presenter), who is associated with the Hunt School of Nursing at Gardner-Webb University. Class will meet on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10am to 11am at the Neal Senior Center. The presentation is free of charge, though pre-registration is required. To pre-register, please call the Neal Senior Center at 704/482-3488. The deadline to pre-register is Friday, November 11, at 12 Noon. Join the Neal Senior Center in the "KEEP CLEVELAND COUNTY WARM" COAT DRIVE We are in need of 40 coats, mostly for men, sizes Large, Extra Large and 2X. They will be accepted at the Neal Center through November 17th. Please bring your new or gently-used items to the Neal Senior Center, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
