Members hard at work were: Ava Aas- erud, Madisyn Miles, Nate Davis, Kaliea Hartke, Izzy Luker, Riley Boling, Trinity LeMond, Riley Bolin and Blaine Barnett. Mr. Beck's eighth grade class brought in frogs for national Frog Jumping Day. Each class had a competition to see whose frog could jump the farthest in three jumps. Above, below and center bottom: Otwell Mill- er Academy fifth grade students working with IU Lab Quest Kits and USI STEM Kits. The IU kit is focused on how light energy can be transformed to electrical, light, and sound energy. The USI STEM kits focused on how electrical energy can be transformed in to light, sound, mechanical and kinetic energy. Second grade students enjoyed the outdoors do- ing some sidewalk chalk math. Halie Brock and Isaiah Harvey figure out a subtraction problem. Emma Travis chooses a prize at the JAM Club carnival. Michael Fultz, Sylvie McDivett and Kaydee Sims work on their sidewalk math problems. WES students enjoyed a robotics demonstra- tion from some Pike Central students.
