Photo furnished Tickets are going fast for the premier historical ghost tour based around the Battle of Kings Mountain. This event will be held for two weekends only – Oct. 7, 8, 14, and 15. Tours begin at 7:30 p.m. and the last shuttle leaves Kings Mountain Historical Museum, 100 East Mountain St., at 10 p.m. Tours will continue until all ticketed guests have gone through the 45-minute tour at Gateway Trail, S. Battle- ground Avenue. Prepare for the most ter- rifying journey back to the American Revolution. This year's Revolutionary Ghost Tour features an all-new ad- venture that is bigger and more scream-fi lled than ever before. Tour guides take you from the safety of the street lamps and sidewalks into the heart of the woods where surprises lurk around every bend. Experience the American Revolution fi rst hand, as you are immersed in the battle that "turned the tide" of the war. Hear from the men and women that lived, fought and died during the American Revolution. Ticket sales are online only. Visit www.KMGhostTour.com to purchase tickets. Ticket prices are $15 for general ad- mission, includes everything but it does have a wait time. VIP passes are available for $25. These tickets take you to the front of the line for no waiting. Ticketed guests check in at the Kings Mountain His- torical Museum and then step aboard the shuttle for the Gateway Trail. The Ghost Tour is a 45-minute guid- ed tour along the wooded Gateway Trail. There will be entertainment and food ven- dors to entertain ticket hold- ers until their group is called. The shuttle will take guests back to the Museum afterwar ds . The combination of un- dead actors, loud explosions, moments of complete dark- ness, special effects, and immersive storyline makes the Kings Mountain Revolu- tionary Ghost Tour one of the most unique haunted histo- ry attractions in the United States. The KM Ghost Tour is pro- duced in partnership with Sigmon Theatrical, the City of Kings Mountain, the Gate- way Trails committee, Kings Mountain Historical Museum and Kings Mountain Middle School.
