High Stress Levels Affect Students Negatively S tress on the human body can be harmful in more ways than one. Finals, AP Tests, Ath- letes, Prom, and prepar- ing for college can weigh heavily at this time of the school year. Dealing with stress from school, other activities, and in our personal lives needs to be addressed in or- der to balance them in a healthy way, and to highlight how impor- tant it is to do so.
