Lamplight Country Village open house this weekend The Lamplight Country Village, a new business opening up with a complete line of unique gifts and home decor, will be hosting an open house on Thurs- day, Dec. 17, Friday, Dec. 18 and Saturday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a ribbon cutting on Thurs- day, Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. They are located at 5290 E. Petersburg Holiness Church Christmas service Dec. 20 The Petersburg Holiness Church, 5317 N. Knox Road, Petersburg, will be having a special Christmas service Sunday, Dec. 20 at 10 :30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The morning service will consist of the children's pro- gram and also featuring the youth and adult ensem- bles. The program is "The light of the world is Jesus." The evening service will be a candlelight worship service. The public is invited to attend. Pike Co. Chamber of Commerce holding meeting Dec. 21 The Pike County Chamber of Commerce will be holding a short meeting Monday, Dec. 21 at 9 a.m. at the History Center. The discussion will be 2016 Bicen- tennial in Pike County. Everyone is invited to attend. They are high school sweethearts who both at- tended Noblesville High School in Noblesville. They were married on Dec. 21, 1985, at Green Valley Church of Christ in Nobles- ville by Rev. Ted Clarke. Stephanie is the daugh- ter of Steve Montgomery and Patty Huerta, of Nobles- ville, and Sheila Montgom- ery, of Petersburg. Steve is the son of Frances McCrary, of Petersburg, and the late Froman and Betty McCrary. Stephanie is employed with Pike County School Corporation as a cafeteria worker at Pike Central Mid- dle/High School in Peters- burg. Steve is employed with the Operating Engineers Local 181. They have two children, Holly ( Wayne) Turner, of Monroe City, and Britta- ny McCrary, of Evansville. They also have one grand- daughter, Braelyn Turner, of Monroe City.
