Brooke tells Liam that Steffy was re- sponsible for Hope being trapped in the gondola on the mountain, and Liam is torn about who to believe. Ridge assigns Marcus to be the new publicist for Hope's fashion line so it doesn't seem like Ridge is taking sides. Thorne calls a meeting at Forrester Creations and demands that Eric make a drastic change in the way that the company is being run. Ridge is blown away and wonders why Thorne is so angry, and Rick and Amber have a tender mo- ment. Later, Brooke and Ridge are stunned by what they see while having lunch together. Days of Our Lives Maggie is crushed to learn that the fertility clinic cannot give her the name of the woman who used Maggie's eggs, so Bo and Hope break into the facility and access the records. After researching the names in Maggie's file, they learn that Daniel is Maggie's son, and Melanie and Maggie are delighted to learn that they have been related the whole time. Carrie finds someone in Switzerland who will support John's story, but Rafe finds Sami and Austin in a questionable situation and assumes the worst. The guys are stunned to learn that someone is using their sports website for illegal gambling, and they may be forced to shut the operation down. Daniel sacrifices his date night with Jennifer to get her an interview that will help her career. Later, Cut- ter and Rex face off about the fortune, and Cutter feels like he has all the power but Rex holds the trump card. Todd turns himself in during Tomas's trial, and no one is prepared for the decision the judge makes. Jessica convinc- es herself that the paternity test was a fake, but when Tina gets her hands on it, she's not so sure. Kim's friend is re- leased from the hospital in Kentucky and shows up at Llanfair. Starr and James re- kindle their relationship but she is still afraid of what Rick has in store for her. Tomas ac- cuses Blair of still being in love with Todd. The Young and the Restless Text messages are sent from Ronan's phone to all the sus- pects in Diane's murder, urg- ing them to go to the ware- house. When the group con- gregates, a film projector kicks on and starts playing footage of each person con- fronting Diane in the park. Nick notices that Adam is missing from the warehouse and the film, and Ronan shows up to tell them that his phone was stolen. Lily and Cane have a passionate re- union after Lily witnesses Cane defending his family against Colin, and she realiz- es that he will always protect them from danger. Chloe puts a marriage proposal to music, and Kevin says yes. Genvieve gives Colin's notebook to Chance.
