He is forecast to become a weak hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico and slide into the Southeast, but as with all tropical systems, its hard to say exactly where it goes. The weather pattern is now quickly heading into a Fall-like state, with numerous fronts coming further and further south, and by the weekend a front is expected to be getting close to our area, possibly picking up the storm and pulling it up the east coast. The other storm, Katia, is probably going to be a fish storm in the Atlantic and re-curve well ahead of our coastline. We could use the rain from "Lee" but its too early to know where it goes just yet, so keep an eye on it.
