Pat tried to make sure that she kept in touch and contact with the people of the 58th district so that she was available to hear the ideas, fears, and concerns of the people who depend on her to make their voice known. "Madison can distract peo- ple from what they should be focused upon," said Pat, "It's family, friends and the community that ground you." Primary elections typically attract low numbers of vot- ers because many voters see the Primaries as the less important election because the Representative won't be officially declared until the vote is over in November. But if you want to make sure that the can- didate that has your inter- ests in mind is the one who is declared the winner in November, it is precisely the Primary that should be of Primary importance. Pat, who has served the interests of the 58th dis- trict well for over 12 years, won't be seeking reelec- tion. "Presently, my 90 year old mother's health could be better, and I have decided to spend more time with her." Pat says on legis.wisconsin.gov. So this means that the next representative for the 58th district will most likely be decided on Tuesday, August 12th. Remember to Vote this Tuesday as the representation of your views and the future of our community will be decid- ed. Then we can see the vote confirmed in November. Having served the people of the 58th district for so many years, Pat is guided by a simple but powerful formula for happy living that is beneficial to all con- cerned. So for the recipe this week, Pat shares her Recipe for Life. Treat people the way you want to be treated Smile and Laugh as much as you can Use your talents and treas- ures to make your com- munity better Do what you love and have a passion for Have Faith in God To help you decide who will win on Election Day, use this Red Verses Blue Tart to predict the winner: the first color gone, wins! Red Verses Blue Tart: Ingredients: 10 whole graham crack- ers, broken into pieces, or 1 1/2 cups plus 2 1/2 table- spoons of crumbs 1/4 cup crystallized gin- ger, finely chopped 1 tablespoon sugar Pinch of salt 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 large egg white 2 cups Greek-style nonfat yogurt, drained overnight 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup raspberries (5 ounces) 1 cup blueberries (5 ounces) Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 7 rectangular pan with cooking spray. In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers with the crystallized ginger, sugar and salt until finely ground. Add the butter and egg white and pulse until the crumbs are even- ly coated. Press the crumbs evenly over the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for about 2 0 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned. Let the crust cool completely. In a medium bowl, mix the drained yogurt with the honey. Spread the yogurt in the crust and arrange the raspberries and blueberries, on the opposing sides, over the surface of the yogurt. Cut the tart in slices and serve. www.SheboyganChryslerCenter.com www.SheboyganGM.com 2014 Dodge Charger R/T $ 269/mo* $2,999 Down, 36,000 miles or 36 months 2014 Ram Quad Cab 4x4 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited 2014 Jeep Patriot, Compass or Cherokee All 4x4 $ 239/mo* 2014 Buick Lacrosse 2014 Buick Enclave ST# A9577 ST# A9109 2014 Chevy Cruze ST# A9361 2014 Chevy Tahoe 239627001 2701 Washington Ave. Sheboygan, WI 53081 877-710-7247 3400 S.
