The Summer Camp takes place every year for one week. –M.A. Andrews The 3rd annual trail ride to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis was held on May 21, 2011. The event took place at the Bar H Arena in Boiling Springs and the Broadriver Greenway. There were 85 riders who participated, paying $25.00 to the National MS Society. They received lunch and a t-shirt along with door prizes. The event raised over $3,000.00 for The National MS Society and will be used for research and other MS related needs. Thank you to everyone who participated and thank you to all the businesses who sponsored the event. This year’s week long Cub Scout Summer Camp spon- sored by the Boy Scouts of America took place June 20 through 24 at Shelby High School. The program offers op- portunities for the boys to build crafts and learn new skills.
