Corning Medical Associates, Inc. Serving the Corning community for over 37 years, Corning Medical Associates, Inc. offers full patient care services. Open 6 days per week, with evening hours, our mission is to provide qual- ity, accessible healthcare to our residents. Presently we offer the services of two physicians: Dwaine Jones, M.D. – General Practice, and Sofia Elahi, M.D. – Family Practice. We have three Physician Assistants on duty: Don C. Massie, PA-C, Jim Pearson, PA-C, and Tracy Rychtera, PA-C. In addition we offer counseling services by Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Connie Massie. Marcia Moore, M.D. provides cardiology care as visiting specialist. In addition to medical services to all age groups, Corning Medical Associates, Inc. provides services through the Child Health & Disability Prevention Program (CHDP), Family PACT (Family Planning), and Healthy Families. We provide services for all payment types, and are preferred pro- viders for most major insurance companies as well as Medicare and MediCal. We offer pre- employment physicals, drug screening services, truck drivers’ physicals, and workmen’s compen- sation care. We provide one-stop care services, with the added benefit of a laboratory operated by Lab Corp, and x-ray services operated by Corning X-Ray on site. We are very proud to offer telemedi- cine services, providing patients with consultation from specialists across the state, right in the comfort of our exam room.
