ST. PADDY’S DAY TRADITION
How I celebrate St. Paddy’s Day is by waking up, putting my corned beef and cab- bage on and going off to work. Or if I have the day off, drinking. We always make two pots of corned beef and cabbage.

“It’s a bit of nostalgia combined with modern qualities. Anyone from 21 to 71 years of age comes here, it’s a very versa- tile crowd.”
St. Paddy’s Day Margarita
1 shot Tequila
Half a shot of triple sec Half a shot of blue curacao Half a shot of tropical pucker Orange juice dash of lime juice
Fill pint glass with ice. Pour tequila, triple sec, blue curacao and tropical pucker. Top off with orange juice and a dash of lime juice. Garnish with a lime. It’s so neon green “it hurts my eyes.” It’s fruity and tropical and makes you think spring. Get ready for the winter season. Good wishes for warmer weather.
