The Press-Dispatch  Legals NOTICE OF 30 DAY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC COMMENT Preliminary Findings Regarding the Renewal of a Part 70 Operating Permit for Midwestern Gas Transmission Co. Station 2110 in Pike County Part 70 Operating Permit Renewal No. 12533143-00004 The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has received an application from Midwestern Gas Transmission Co. Station 2110 located at 1275 N County Road 550 East, Winslow, IN 47598 for a renewal of its Part 70 Operating Permit issued on February 6, 2009. If approved by IDEM's Office of Air Quality (OAQ), this proposed renewal would allow Midwestern Gas Transmission Co. Station 2110 to continue to operate its existing source. This draft Part 70 Operating Permit does not contain any new equipment that would emit air pollutants; however, some conditions from previously issued permits/approvals have been corrected, changed or removed. These corrections, changes, and removals may include Title I changes (exchanges that add or modify synthetic minor emission limits). This notice fulfills the public notice procedures to which those conditions are subject. IDEM has reviewed this application, and has developed preliminary findings, consisting of a draft permit and several supporting documents, that would allow for these changes. A copy of the permit application and IDEM's preliminary findings are available at: Barrett Memorial Library 1008 E. East Maple Street Petersburg, IN 47567 and Southwest Regional Office Indiana Department of Environmental Management 1120 Vincennes Ave, PO Box 128 Petersburg, IN 47567-0128 A copy of the preliminary findings is available on the Internet at: http://www.in.gov/ai/appfiles/ idem-caats/. SUDOKU Here's How It Works: Sudoku puzzles are formatted as a 9x9 grid, broken down into nine 3x3 boxes. To solve a sudoku, the numbers 1 through 9 must fill each row, column and box. Each number can appear only once in each row, column and box. You can figure out the order in which the numbers will appear by using the numeric clues already provided in the boxes. The more numbers you name, the easier it gets to solve the puzzle! For Rent For Rent Alford For Rent—2 bedroom home in Winslow, no For Rent—14'x70' trailer pets. 789-2414. 9/4-TF in Alford.
