She was born in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Lemuel Monroe Terry. Melia is survived by her mother, Angela Denise Ellis and husband, Travis Greene, Kings Mountain, NC; broth- er, Alex Singleton and sis- ters: Elaina Hammond and Alexis Dryden, both of Kings Mountain, NC; and maternal grandparents. BOBBI JO COBB Bobbi Jo Cobb, 50, of Grover, NC, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Born in VA, is the daughter of Mamie Grubb of Charlotte and the late Roy Grubb. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her hus- band, Lee Jay Cobb of the home; son, Ajay Cobb of Grover; brothers, Dwayne and Jeff Grubb; and mother- in-law, Brenda Mauney of Shelby. A memorial service was held December 4, 2022 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Jody McGaha officiating. Arrangements are entrust- ed to Clay-Barnette Funeral Francis Bridges Morrison. Mr. Morrison served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam era. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, and two brothers, Richard Morrison and wife Gale, and Tommy Morrison. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Meade Morrison; son, Brad Morrison and wife, Sarah of Casar; daughter, Leslie Mosteller and hus- band, Danny of Casar; two grandsons; brother, Donald Morrison and wife, Margaret of Belwood; sister-in-law, Beth Morrison of Casar; and brothers-in-law, and sisters- in-law. The funeral service was held December 7, 2022 at St. Paul Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Fulbright offi- ciating. The burial followed in the church cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry Robertson and Florence Whitfield; and brother, Danny "Buck" Robertson. Bill is survived by his wife, Cathy Harris Robertson; daughters, Amy Robertson and Kelly Robertson (Rick); and two grandchildren. Bill was born on August 27, 1956 in Spartanburg, S.C. He is survived by his chil- dren, Scott Lail (Teresa) and Todd Lail, a daughter- in-law, Vanessa Lail, three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great great grandson, a brother, Virgil Lail, and a sister, Susie Bowling. Born May 17, 1935 in Cleveland County, Ralph was the son of the late Marvin "Bud" Lail and Eva Ledford Lail and was pre- ceded in death by his wife Carolyn Diane Piercy Lail, a son, Randy Lail, three brothers, Howard Lail, Roy Pinkey Lail, and Lloyd Lee Lail, and a sister, Marilyn Frances Pitchford. Mr. Lail served our country in the U.S. Navy. Funeral services were held December 6, 2022 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Rev. Skip Allen.
