MEAT AND POTATOES Debbie Bumgardner 1 lb. hamburger 1 large onion 2 boxes tater tots 1 can cream of mush- room soup 1 cup grated cheese Spread hamburger in bottom of pan. Slice onion and divide into rings. Place onion rings on top of meat. Place tater tots on next layer. Spread soup on next layer. Add cheese to top layer. Cook for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. PORK CHOP CASSEROLE Myrtle Casserole 4 to 6 pork chops 1 cup uncooked rice 1 can consommé soup 1 cup water 1 large onion, chopped Salt and pepper In 2-quart casserole, place rice, water, soup, and onion. Cook onion a couple of minutes in water before adding to ingredients. Lay pork chops on mixture. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. SUN-DROP POUNDCAKE Shirley McMurry 3 cups sugar 1 ½ cup shortening 5 eggs 3 c. sifted flour 1 c. Sun Drop 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon flavoring Cream sugar and short- ening. Add one egg one at a time and beat well. Add flour alternately with Sun Drop and flavoring ending with flour. Pour into tubed cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
