Awards were presented for Show- manship, Grand and Re- serve Champion Cat, and Best Cage and Costume. Four 4-H members and two Mini 4-H members competed in the cat show. Jessa Ridao took home top awards for Grand Champi- on Cat and Grand Champion Showmanship, and placed second in the costume con- test with "Taco Cat." Noah Willis won the costume con- test with "Bee Cat," and Lo- gan Willis took top prize for cage decorating with the "Angel Cat of 4-H." Logan also won Reserve Champi- on for Showmanship. Isaac Priest won Reserve Champi- on Cat and placed second in cage decorating with "Party Cow Nation." Mini 4-H mem- bers Peyton Willis and Park- er Mikels showed off their cats as part of their Mini 4- H experience. Petersburg Garden Club met at Hornady Park The June meeting of the Petersburg Garden Club was at Hornady Park, with hostesses Connie Ross and Bettie Brenton. There was a regular meeting followed by an ice cream social.
