Administration of the PMP includes ability to rate pavement conditions using Paser method, conduct on-site inspections, and plan for long-range repairs throughout the City. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and three to five years engineering experience preferred, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin preferred. Candidate must have ability to comprehend and interpret a variety of documents such as development proposals and concept and municipal improvement plans, reports (such as utilities design, soil, and consultants reports), test results, permit applications, plats, job applications, insurance certificates, and change order requests. The City of West Bend offers a starting salary of $55k - $65k DOQ with a full benefit package including health and life insurance.
