Meanwhile, Rick moves things along in his plan to get Hope and Thomas back together again, and is sur- prised when Ridge asks him to be the best man. On the wed- ding day, Rick gives Thomas permission to pursue Hope, who tries to stay positive dur- ing the joyous festivities. At the wedding reception, Thomas gives a toast that gets the guests thinking, while Bill en- joys the spat between Liam and Steffy. Caroline jumps to save her relationship with Thomas, who left the wedding to comfort Taylor. Days of Our Lives Melanie deliberates on Chad's marriage proposal and, after coming face to face with Nick, she finally accepts. Chad asks EJ to be his best man while Melanie asks Abigail and Gabi to be bridesmaids. Chad tries to get Gabi to back out of the wedding, but she threatens to tell Melanie that he knew about her involvement with Andrew but didn't tell her. EJ resigns as mayor to focus his time on getting Sami back, but she backs out of their date night after a passionate kiss from Rafe leaves her confused about her feelings. Meanwhile, Nicole asks Daniel to be the godfather of her baby and con- Jason races to find out the truth about the baby, and Spinelli might be the one to help him find it. Just when everyone thinks they will be saved, Jerry cruelly plays out their false hope. John McBain struggles with a decision that could mean life or death in Port Charles. In- fluenced by the thought of an imminent death, Johnny consid- ers telling Carly all of his secrets but he might be too late – she is tipped off about the secrets that are being kept. Molly and her sister ponder which men they will choose if they make it through their predicament alive. Olivia's hallucinations accurate- ly foretell yet another incident. Sam bases his future decisions on Jason's actions. The Young and the Restless Rumours of Ronan and Phyl- lis's affair shocks everyone. An angry Summer confronts Phyl- lis about this, and just as Nick is returning, Phyllis lies and Sum- mer storms off. Later, Ronan catches Summer trying to spike coffees with vodka. Paul is dev- astated after a hard drive found in Ricky's snow globe shows Ricky pointing the fin- ger at Paul. During a dinner with Harmony and Neil, Sarge gets upset about Harmony's past. In Los Angeles, Victor opens up to Genevieve. Nikki calls Genevieve, but Genevieve left her phone with Victor, who later asks who Nikki is. Mean- while, Victoria rehires Nick. Tucker must sign the docu- ments protecting them from being fired, or else he'll lose his cover. Sharon finds Daisy at Fairview and surprises her with news of Ricky's death. Togeth- er, they work to release them- selves from the doctors' care.
