Two year old Navy Monroe Rollins, is shown on her dad, Justin's lap with a smidgen of blue icing on her lips from a cupcake. Pictured (l-r) are her grandparents Keith and Carol Turner, her mom Laura Rollins, and Venessa and Rick Rollins her other grandparents.
