At the same time, Ridge sides with Taylor when Taylor and Brooke face off about who Liam should be with. Later, Hope geniunely apologizes to Steffy for interfering with her marriage but reminds her that none of this would have hap- pened if Steffy had been hon- est in the first place. Steffy is brokenhearted, but she as- sures both Hope and Brooke that she is not giving up on being with Liam. Rick comes out of the woodwork to com- fort his brother over the end of his marriage, but Liam vows that he is ready to marry Hope as soon as possible. Lat- er, Rick tells Hope that he will do what he can to make sure that Hope and Liam have a happy life together. During Liam and Hope's celebration, Steffy opens up to Ridge about how she really feels.
