Bella Pockets and Forest Lane Bistro combine kitchens

Bella Pockets chef and owner Paul Maerz (left) and Forest Lane Bistro chef Chris Mac- Lemon are combining their menus at the Bella Pockets location on Main Street in Oneonta. Maerz will serve his signature burgers, salads and pita pocket sandwiches and wraps from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the lunch crowd.
Then MacLemon will serve dinner fare from his Forest Lane Bistro menu from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Locals may remember MacLemon’s modern American style of cooking from when For- est Lane Bistro was at the Oneonta Country Club last year.
