The new facility will be able to double the present capacity. The purchase of the building and the total renovation should be complete within nine to twelve months. This year’s Hog Happnin’ had 83 teams competing, one as far away as Massachusetts and two teams from Kan- sas. The winning team was BS Pitmeisters, Charles Fretwell of Boiling Springs, S.C. A first at this year’s event was the Pig Pullin’ 300 Truck & Tractor Pull. It also featured a great car show, music and crafts.
