Applications open for 2023 Pulliam internships, deadline Feb. 17
College students who are
residents of Indiana or attending
an Indiana school can apply for
a Eugene S. Pulliam summer
2023 internship via the HSPA
Foundation.
Nine internships will be
awarded to aspiring journalists
who will be matched with host
newspapers across the state.
Interns are paid $15 and hour
for up to 35 hours a week for
nine weeks.
Applications closed on Dec.
21 for newspapers interested in
participating in the program.
When student applications
opened, former intern Jayden
Kennett Tweeted out: "College
journalists don't miss this
opportunity!! I interned at @
DailyJournalNet in 2019 and it
was one of the best experiences!
So many connections to be
made and so many things to
learn, this is a really invaluable
internship that you don't want
to miss out on."
