He was born in Memphis, TN, son of the late John and Frances Allen Bullock. Mr. Bullock served our country in the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Innie Bullock and his children, Victoria and Iryssandra Bullock, of the home. Born in Cleveland County, NC, he is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Wilson Lynch Sr. and Dorothy Green Lynch; two siblings: Woodrow Wilson Lynch II "Woody" and Freda Lynch Gibbs (Arnold). He is survived by two sis- ters, Audrey Lynch Ashe (Gary) and Tina Stout McNeilly (Jim) and his broth- er, Otis Hyman Lynch. BETTY McNEILLY LEDFORD Betty McNeilly Ledford, of Cleveland County, passed away on May 6th 2022. Betty was born on January 17, 1935 in the Delight com- munity of upper Cleveland County. She was born to Ethel and Grayson McNeilly. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, James Clifton Ledford; her son, Avery Max Gardner, Jr.; her mother and father, three brothers, Harold, Ray, and James McNeilly; and three sisters, Mary Allen, Annie Carol Beaver, and Christine Henderson. She is survived by her brothers Jack McNeilly and wife Jo of Belwood and Charles McNeilly and wife Sandra of Belwood; her children, Tami Wheelous- Gardner of Smithfield, Ava Phillips and husband Bill of Shelby, and Patricia Gardner and husband Kevin Powell of Ennicel; and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Born in Cleveland County on May 2, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Jake Quinn Anthony and Alice Viola Bell Anthony. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Carr Allen and her infant brother. Martha is survived by her brother, Joseph Anthony (Emma), her children, Cynthia Whisnant (Ronnie) and Thad Allen (Juanita), all of Shelby, NC; two grand- children; two great-grand- children and a step great- grandson. RUBY HESTER CLINTON Ruby Hester Clinton, age 84, of Cherryville, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. She was born August 29, 1937 in Gaston County to the late Ernest Luther and Belvie Stines Hester. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William David "W.D." Clinton; and brothers, Paul, Pervie, and Lester Hester.
