Waukesha State Bank breaking ground on Brookfield office BROOKFIELD – Waukesha State Bank is breaking ground on its new Brookfield location with an opening planned for spring 2014. The new 5,000-squarefoot office will be located at 18300 W. Capitol Drive and will replace its current office at 19265 W. Capitol Drive. Scheduled to attend the groundbreaking are Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas, Brookfield Mayor Steven Ponto and Waukesha County Business Alliance President Suzanne Kelley. Also scheduled to attend from Waukesha State Bank is Ty R. Taylor, president and CEO, and Katie Hib- bard, bank manager of the Brookfield office. "We're pleased we can build a larger office that will better meet the needs of our customers, while only moving down the street less than one mile," Taylor said. "Also adding a community room that will be open free of charge to local nonprofits and civic groups will provide a wonderful resource for the community. We expect a seamless move to our new office early next year with no interruption of service, and that the move will have an overall positive impact on our customers."
