However, real estate agents across Waukesha County said that there are still ways for anyone looking to buy a house in the cur- rent market to protect themselves at closing. Don Madisen, the mortgage sales manager at Waukesha State Bank's downtown Waukesha office, said that one of the most important things buyers can do right now is accept that it will be difficult to find a home if they want to go keep many of the tradi- tional parts of a closing contract.
