Special to Waukesha County Home
It's no small secret that, when it
comes to houses, it's a seller's mar-
ket right now. It's also a concern
when closing a home.
However, real estate agents
across Waukesha County said that
there are still ways for anyone
looking to buy a house in the cur-
rent market to protect themselves
at closing.
Don Madisen, the mortgage
sales manager at Waukesha State
Bank's downtown Waukesha
office, said that one of the most
important things buyers can do
right now is accept that it will be
difficult to find a home if they
want to go keep many of the tradi-
tional parts of a closing contract.
Low interest rates and an abun-
dance of potential buyers who
are willing to pay above the asking
