Purchasing a home can be a long
and daunting process, especially
for first-time homebuyers. Follow-
ing a timeline of tasks to complete
and staying organized, however,
can help streamline the process
and make it less stressful for all
parties involved.
"The first thing a buyer should
do is meet with a mortgage lender
and find out what their budget
would be based on their pre-
approved amount to spend," said
Jeremy Rynders, a real estate
agent with Keller Williams Realty
in New Berlin.
He noted that buyers should con-
