Ongoing, now thru Wednesday, Dec. 4 Holiday Craft & Bake Sale with Silent Auction The Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center hosts an annual fundraiser which supports the programs of the senior center. Sale includes ceramic items, handmade knit and crocheted items for the kitchen, baby gifts, winter hats, gloves and more. Opens Monday, Nov. 4 from 10am– 6pm. During our Annual Holiday Donation Drive, we are requesting donations which will provide valuable support to our seniors, as well as some Holiday cheer. We are seeking items such as gift cards to local grocery stores, personal care and dental care items, puzzle books, playing cards, stationary, stamps, and male and female accessories like hats, gloves, socks and scarves. Concordia University Wisconsin Chapel of Christ Triumphant, 12800 North Lake Shore Drive, Mequon Sunday, Nov. 24, 4pm 29th Annual Turkey Dinner Cedarburg area adults 55 and older are invited to the Cedarburg Senior Center's annual holiday get together organized by former Cedarburg Mayor, Fred Beyer. Music begins at 4:30 and dinner is served at 5:00. The meal will include a full roast turkey dinner complete with the trimmings, plus after-dinner entertainment by the Cedarburg High Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Paramount Plaza - Downtown Grafton Thursday, Nov. 28, 9am 15th Annual "5K Turkey Trot & Gobble Gallop" Charity Run/Walk The Junior Woman's Club of Mequon- Thiensville hosts its charity run/walk through the scenic Village of Thiensville. The group's one big fundraiser of the year is held on Thanksgiving Day morning. The day also includes a 50-meter dash for children 10 and younger at the Thiensville Village Park. Proceeds from this year's event will help support Family Sharing of Ozaukee, Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County, Possibility Playground and Frank Weyenberg Library. Thursday, Nov. 28, 10am 11th Annual St. Francis Borgia School Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K Run and 1.8 Mile Walk. Participants receive a long sleeve Next Level TM shirt.
