Lawton will demonstrate her work, talk about her creative process and answer questions about her writing and illustrations. There is no charge to visit the artist, watch her work and be inspired by her process. The artist will conduct two special workshops for adults. The first, titled "How to Self-Publish and Fund a Creative Project using Kickstarter.com," will discuss the process Lawton used to publish her own recent book, "The Circus and the Cyclone."
