A $10 entry fee payable to Conley Media must accompany photo and entry form. Fee for entry covers production costs. Online credit card payments are accepted. Photo can be in color or black & white. Digital submissions must be .jpg, .tif or .psd files. Photos larger than a 5x7 will not be accepted. Photos must be of child only. Photos of child with objects and other people will not be accepted. On back of photo, include name of baby, name of parents and phone. Photos may be picked up at the Daily News after day of publication or include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Entrants must be a resident of Washington County. Child must be 18 months or younger to participate. Birthday must be on or after August 3, 2011. The entrant assigns the DAILY NEWS the rights to print the Baby's name and Parents' names. Voting open to persons 18 years or older. Ballots will be published in the Celebrate Families special edition on February 3, 2013, in the WEEKEND POST. Top three photos receiving the most votes will be chosen as the winners (first, second, third). In case of a tie, a random drawing will be held. Winners will be published in the Friday, February 22, 2013 issue of the DAILY NEWS. All winners will be notified by phone and/or email by a representative from the Daily News.
