FOOD & DRINKS AVAILABLE at the VFW in Petersburg. ZOAR MOSQUITO FESTIVAL Ralph Hemmer's Crosley led the stationary parade at the Zoar Mosquito Fest. Hemmer, who emceed the festival activities for more than 40 years, died on Thursday one day prior to the start of this year's festival. His granddaughters Erin, Jenny, Jill and Natalie visit with Ralph's daughter Lou, shared stories and argued about who was the favorite granddaughter.
